When instances of the publishing application has been installed for multiple customers it must be possible to do updates and other possibly required tasks without doing too much of it manually. Ansible is already used during the installation phases and is also used to make changes like change the network topology. Risks and challenges may include security considerations, meeting response time commitments, version management, rare problems, etc. The aim is to establish the necessary capabilities and effective practices to address these.
